Thibault: "My mission in Togo to carry out a drilling project providing drinking water to 250 primary school students was extremely rewarding, both technically and personally. The local population was very welcoming, and experiencing a different political and cultural context, as well as another perspective on the world, was incredibly enriching. Technically, I was able to learn about the different stages of a drinking water drilling project. This unique experience was very rewarding."
Orianne: "This was my first mission with the Foundation, but also my first time in Africa in a place far from the usual tourist routes. I returned from this mission, deep in Togo, with sparkling eyes; it was rich in both technical and human exchanges. The children’s songs and dances, shared meals with the villagers, and various ceremonies stayed with me all the way back to France… except for the goat we were given—it stayed in the village! Yes, it was a true adventure, and I can’t wait for my next mission!"
