Training for current and future players in the water, sanitation and hygiene sector
Training sessions were delivered to students from the universities of Fianarantsoa, Toliara, and Diego to provide them with strong professional skills through new technical knowledge. These sessions aimed to build on existing knowledge while fostering a better understanding of the challenges related to urban sanitation. Around 40 students were trained at each university. The most deserving groups were then invited to a feedback workshop held in Antananarivo, giving them the opportunity to present their work and further develop their skills.
A staff member from Artelia France and a colleague from Artelia Madagascar delivered training sessions aimed at educating students in watershed management and urban sanitation, strengthening their technical skills, and helping them build self-confidence.
This was a unique and deeply enriching experience for me on a human level. It was such a joy to share knowledge with young people so enthusiastic and eager to learn. I sincerely thank them from the bottom of my heart, and I wish each and every one of them a fulfilling professional career and personal growth!
