The charity: Grenoble's “Regie de Quartier”
The Régie de Quartier was created in 1989 with the aim of addressing the needs of the inhabitants and desinging along with them the services contributing to the improvement of their living environment. Its two founding pillars are the social link and sustainable development. Through the activities thus created, the Régie creates employment opportunities for people in difficulty, through professional integration programs. 

The project: Creation of a digital recycling center
The project consists in setting up a digital ressourcerie in the third place "La Machinerie" in Grenoble in connection with the activity of the repair café already on site. The aim is to reduce a fraction of electrical and electronic waste by raising awareness on the topics of repairing, reusing and reemployment and by sharing knowledge (training volunteers and employees on dismantling and repairing devices, creation of practical sheets) and tools (creation of a simplified dismantling kit). A digital platform for the exchange of components will also be set up.

Expected outcome 
The project will have an ecological impact, allowing everyone to go to the repair café in order to repair their defective electronic equipment thanks to training and the provision of materials and components. The carbon impact will then be measured with monitoring tools to count the number of components recovered and reused.
