One third of the members of the Artelia Foundation's BoD are from the Artelia Group's executive management, another third are Artelia Group employees, and the last third are external members who contribute their specific expertise and perspectives. They hold three official meetings per year, with a view to approving projects examined by the Foundation Manager and comparing their different points of view. The directors are consulted regularly on account of their expertise, and support the day-to-day work of the Foundation.
