Governance at the service of general interest projects
The governance of the Artelia Foundation guarantees the independence, transparency and stance of its action in favour of the general interest. It comprises two decision-making bodies: a Board of Directors and a Steering Committee.
Our Board of Directors
Renewed every three years, the Board of Directors is made up of 15 volunteer members, two-thirds of whom represent the Artelia Group and its employees. The remaining third is made up of qualified individuals, particularly from the voluntary sector. Financial control is carried out annually by a specialist auditing firm.

An operational team
The Artelia Foundation is managed by a dedicated team made up of Jade Becret, General Manager, and Marion Deballon, Project Manager. Jade guides the philanthropic vision and oversees all initiatives. Marion, an expert in humanitarian project management, handles the planning and execution of our projects, guaranteeing their alignment with our sustainable development objectives.
