Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Our work is based on sharing expertise to the benefit of public-interest projects. We want our partnerships to strengthen non-profit organisations' capacity for action. Artelia’s volunteers and our partner organisations share the same determination to provide beneficiaries with concrete answers and solutions.

More info: Our modes of action

Development aid
We are taking action to promote access to water, hygiene, sanitation, energy and decent housing - the basic services that the most disadvantaged are unable to access.

Environmental protection
Taking local action to promote the circular economy and preserve resources, protect ecosystems and mitigate and adapt to climate change.

Social and professional integration
Creating social ties through employment, housing, sport or any other field. Caring for others is important to us and essential to helping the disadvantaged and the excluded to live with dignity.

The Artelia Foundation has no selection criteria linked to the geographical areas in which projects are deployed. In the event that project intervention zones are considered to represent a security risk, remote support may be considered.

Financial support is not the Artelia Foundation's priority. If the implementation of a project in which an Artelia volunteer is involved requires financial support and/or co-financing, a grant application may be submitted to the Board of Directors.
The Artelia Foundation also provides financial support through its annual call for projects and its emergency fund.
