Aid for victims of massive flooding in Libya

Storm Daniel struck in September 2023, causing historic flooding in eastern Libya. Derna was particularly hard hit with entire neighbourhoods devastated and over 30,000 individuals displaced according to the IOM. Two dilapidated dams collapsed during the storm, resulting in tragic human losses.
