Energy-efficient refurbishment of L'Armée du Salut properties.
Improving the energy performance of the Salvation Army Foundation’s property portfolio in order to reduce energy consumption, minimise the environmental footprint of the buildings and enhance the comfort of those in their care.
Supporting the Salvation Army Foundation in developing its energy-efficiency refurbishment strategy, by analysing the audits carried out and drawing up a roadmap aimed at meeting the targets set out in the commercial buildings decree by 2030.
Working with L'Armée du Salut has been a rewarding experience for me. I was able to work closely with them to help them implement their strategic plan for the energy-efficient refurbishment of their property portfolio, with the aim of meeting the targets set out in the Tertiary Sector Decree by 2030 (a 40% reduction in energy consumption), all based on an energy audit programme. My role was to draw on my technical expertise as well as the methodological expertise required for this type of project.
