Engage 2026 Awards – Discover our winners!

We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2026 Engage Award, which recognises social and environmental initiatives led by committed students. Without further ado, discover the three winning projects!

🥇  1st prize: HUMA CS

We are delighted to announce the first winner of our 2026 Engage Prize: the HUMA CS project, led by students from CentraleSupélec, which wins a prize of €5,000!

Run in partnership with the NGO Les Enfants du Soleil, this project aims to renovate several essential facilities within the child protection village of the same name, in Antsirabe, Madagascar. A number of priority works will improve the safety and living conditions of the children and young mothers living there. At the same time, the team will run educational, cultural and sporting activities, working closely with its local partner.

Solid, well-structured and addressing clearly identified needs, this project particularly caught the jury’s attention for its strong potential for social impact and its focus on inclusion.

The Foundation congratulates the team on the quality and commitment of this initiative!

🥈  2nd prize: AZACAE

Second place in the 2026 Engage Prize goes to the AZACAE project, led by students from the University of Nantes School of Medicine, for its commitment to improving the health and living conditions of rural communities in Peru.

Carried out in partnership with local associations, the initiative combines practical work – building smoke-free ventilated kitchens, renovating roofs, installing dry toilets and distributing essential goods – with preventative measures, through first aid, hygiene and nutrition workshops, as well as intercultural exchanges between Peruvian and French students.

This project has received a grant of €3,000 from the Foundation.

Congratulations to the entire AZACAE team for the quality and impact of their charitable work!

🥉3rd prize: Association for Watershed Management

Taking third place in the 2026 Engage Prize, the Sahandriaka Mahomby project, led by students from the University of Fianarantsoa and ISTE Ambalapaiso, has been recognised for its commitment to the conservation of water resources in Madagascar.

Carried out in the Mandranofotsy river catchment area, a vital source of drinking water for the city of Fianarantsoa, this initiative takes a scientific and participatory approach to combating environmental degradation and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.

This project has received a grant of €2,000 from the Foundation.

A wonderful contribution to water security and regional resilience. Congratulations on this transformative and committed project!
