Lego Serious Play workshop
Young people from Mission Locale Sud Isère and Artelia Échirolles employees met at a Lego® Serious Play workshop. The aim was to create an informal opportunity for young people looking for a job or work placement to talk to each other. During the day, the theme of which was "The Company in the City of Tomorrow", the young people and the employees built Lego constructions and, above all, forged links that led to four sponsorships.
The aim of the day was to help young people aged 16 to 25 find their way into employment. A facilitator's game-playing activities helped to forge links. The friendly exchanges within the group allowed everyone to express themselves. The young people were very willing and motivated. However, taking part in this type of event requires a real commitment on the part of the participating employees: a willingness to make time for it, and a willingness to follow it up and to actively help the young people, whether in their search for work placements, sandwich courses or jobs. In all cases, I think it's important for adults who are already in work to reach out to young people looking for training or jobs;
