An exploratory assignment was carried out by two Artelia experts, who then enlisted other skills from within Artelia to draw up technical specifications in order to invite bids from local contractors for the construction of the facilities.

I truly appreciated spending time in the villages and talking with the inhabitants, whose lives are so different from our own.
