Skills-based philanthropy: a great way for the private sector and the non-profit sector to work together on a general interest project
Interviewed by the Alliance pour le Mécénat de Compétences (AMC), Benoît Clocheret, Artelia's Chief Executive Officer, explains the reasons for the Group's commitment to this scheme, which helps to unite employees around civic-minded and charitable actions.
Since 2020, the Artelia Foundation has been strengthening its local actions by supporting a number of partner non-profit organisations based in different countries. Artelia employees thus have the opportunity to commit to social, humanitarian or environmental causes through skills-based philanthropy. Improving living conditions, the green transition, and sharing know-how are just some of the issues which employees address by making their skills available and deploying their expertise.
We would like to thank the Artelia employees involved in 2022 in France, Cambodia, the Philippines, Rwanda and Thailand, as well as the Alliance pour le Mécénat de Compétences for its support of this volunteering scheme!
