Supporting disadvantaged young people in their career development
Organisation of vocational training seminars and transmission of specific skills to enable young beneficiaries to obtain an internship or a job. Two people have already been hired by Artelia in the Philippines.
It's inspiring to see the progress the young people have made over the last few months, and the efforts made by my colleagues to provide them with guidance. Skills such as using Excel and writing CVs, as well as interpersonal skills and good relationship and communication management, are all covered. This programme enables them to benefit from training in the use of tools combined with the sharing of best practice to help them flourish in the business world.
