Atelier R-are wins the "Coup de Coeur" award from the Artelia Foundation!
In 2022, the circular economy is at the heart of the Foundation's actions. A call for projects was launched in February, and almost 100 projects were submitted to us by non-profit organisations that have taken the issue fully on board. Their aim? To preserve resources and limit waste by promoting reuse and recycling. The Artelia Foundation was particularly interested in three of these projects and decided, for the first time, to invite Artelia Group employees to vote for their favourite.
From 7 to 18 November, Artelia employees were invited to vote for their favourite project. By promoting the reuse and preservation of resources, these three projects with strong regional roots are helping to limit the impact of human activities on the environment.
Atelier R-are is "a non-profit organisation that works to develop a region’s human potential and material resources". Founded in 2019, Atelier R-are is a member of the Emmaüs movement and runs a social integration project specialising in the reuse of wood waste from the construction industry. The organisation's aim is to help reduce the impact of construction waste while preserving our natural resources, and to encourage the emergence of new trades to bring about the green transition.
WWe would like to extend our warmest thanks to Emmaüs Connect and the Régie de Quartier Grenoble for taking part in the competition, and to the Artelia Group employees for their involvement!
