Atelier R-are wins the Artelia Foundation's "Coup de Coeur" award!

In 2022, the circular economy is at the heart of the Foundation's actions. A call for projects was launched in February and nearly 100 projects were submitted to us by non-profit organisations actors who have fully grasped the subject. Their objective? To preserve resources and limit waste through actions that promote reuse, re-employment and recycling. Artelia Foundation was particularly sensitive to three of them and decided to offer, for the first time, Artelia Group collaborators the opportunity to vote for their "favorite" project.

From November 7 to 18, Artelia collaborators were invited to vote for their favorite project. By promoting the reuse and preservation of resources, these three projects are anchored in their territories and help limit the impact of human activities on the environment. With 62% of the votes, Atelier R-ARE (Réutilisation - Aménagements Ressources Emploi) was awarded the prize and will receive 5,000 euros for its project to transform a former industrial wasteland into a model carpentry workshop, dedicated to the reuse of wood waste from the construction industry.

Atelier R-are is a non-profit organisation that works to develop the human potential and material resources of a territory. An economically active integration structure (SIAE) founded in 2019, and a member of the Emmaus movement, Atelier R-are runs an integration site specializing in the reuse of construction waste wood. The association aims to help reduce the impact of construction waste while preserving our natural resources and promoting the emergence of new transitional jobs.

We would like to warmly thank Emmaus Connect and the Régie de Quartier Grenoble for their participation in the competition as well as the Artelia Group collaborators for their involvement!
