Sharing expertise to support youth employability in the Philippines
Supporting students and young graduates
The mission focused on knowledge transfer and employability support for students and young graduates. Working closely with local partners, Giorgia and Olivia helped strengthen participants’ professional skills and confidence as they prepared to enter the job market.
Through practical workshops, coaching sessions, and interactive exchanges, they addressed key topics such as:
- job search strategies and interview preparation
- professional communication
- career guidance and self-confidence
This hands-on approach provided participants with practical tools while fostering meaningful exchanges between cultures and professional environments.

Positiv’Impulse: engaging employees alongside Artelia Foundation
This initiative is part of Positiv’Impulse, the Artelia Foundation’s engagement program, which enables employees to get involved in solidarity and impact-driven projects worldwide.
Employees can contribute in different ways, depending on their availability, skills, and location:
- Local missions: supporting associations in their local area during working hours
- Remote missions: contributing from their workplace, regardless of the project’s location
- International missions: providing on-site expertise (50% working time / 50% paid leave; also applicable to missions involving overnight stays)
- One-off missions: short-term commitments to meet specific NGO needs, without requiring specific skills (half-day working time / half-day paid leave)
