Two highlights to act for the environment!

Many Artelia collaborators got involved in Ma Petite Planète Challenge and TrashTag Challenge Artelia organised by the Artelia Foundation. This is a fine example of our determination to help preserve our environment..

1️⃣ Ma Petite Planète Challenge

Nearly 500 volunteers took part in this human adventure, which had the dual aim of reducing our ecological footprint and learning more about various environmental issues.

Ma Petite Planète event involves teams taking on ecological challenges over a three-week period. It's a fun and engaging way to develop eco-responsible practices.

The impact* of the 8,161 challenges carried out in areas such as mobility, food and waste reveals that changes in individual behaviour are a real lever for the ecological transition:

  • 3,800,000 litres of water saved
  • 21,887 kg of CO2 eq emissions avoided
  • 520 kg of waste avoided

*Calculation based on the average footprint of a French person over one year (9.9 tonnes of CO2 emitted, 513 kg of waste created and 54.3 m3 of water consumed).

2️⃣ Artelia TrashTag Challenge

On the public highway, by the roadside, on the beach or across the oceans, abandoned rubbish is polluting our environment. The source of the "seventh continent" of waste, it is a real scourge for our ecosy

For the third year running, the Artelia Foundation and the Artelia Group's Mobility Environment Sustainable Development Commission have organised a waste collection operation around Artelia sites. Well done to the 1,000 participants from all over the world (Spain, France, Italy, Madagascar, Oman, Philippines, Vietnam).
